We have recently identified an issue where the existing camera USB kernel driver may fail to load in Windows 11 environments with the latest updates installed, due to strengthened driver security policies in Windows 11.

If you experience a camera device connection failure when using Focuskin, please apply the settings below before using Focuskin.

Once Windows is booted with this setting applied, Focuskin can be used normally. However, please note that this setting may be reset after the PC is shut down or restarted. In that case, please apply the settings below again before using Focuskin.

This process takes approximately 1 minute to complete.

2. Click Settings

3. Click Windows Update

4. Click Advanced Options

5. Click Recovery

6. Click Restart Now under Advanced Startup

7. Click Restart Now

8. Restarting

9. Click Troubleshoot

10. Click Advanced Options

11. Click Startup Settings

12. Click Restart

13. Restarting

14. Press "7" on your keyboard

15. Windows restarts and setup is complete
