This issue arises due to compatibility problems with the Database Engine and Serial Communication Driver, making it impossible to install or run the program in such environments.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and are continuously working to resolve the compatibility issues.
We will update you through a notice once a solution has been provided.
